We organise guided bike rides for the customers of Sidcup Cycles. These rides are especially designed for all types of cyclists from the beginner to advanced levels.

We meet at Sidcup Cycle Centre on Saturday mornings from 08.00 and leave by 08.30, when we decide what route we will take, depending on the weather. The different groups can be described as:
Ladies only. Average speed 8-12mph
Mixed novice. Average speed 8-12mph
Mixed intermediate. Average speed 12-15mph
Sportive level. Average speed 14-16mph
Sports level. Average speed 16-18mph

Distances will vary but a typical ride will last between 1-3 hours and we aim to have returned to the Sidcup area by 12.00pm.
The groups are lead by members of Team Sidcup Cycles, who will guide the group and assist with any emergence mechanical breakdown.

All riders are asked to bring a spare inner tube and it is strongly suggested that gloves and a helmet are worn.
All riders participate at their own risk and must obey the Highway Code.

The cost of participation in a guided ride is £1.00 payable at the start of each ride and monies are donated to charity.
