Our Business is built on our reputation. We are a family run business. Sidcup Cycle Centre was established in 1994.

We are a member of the Association of Cycle Traders. We are a Shimano service centre and provide logistic support to the Royal British Legion bicycle events.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Due to fuel costs we make a small delivery charge,but the full cost is subsidized by us. The cost of bicycle delivery is £9.99. Sale Bikes are charged @ £15 delivery. Our preferred carrier company is TNT, who offer full tracking facilities. If you would like to arrange other delivery/collection arrangements please phone us.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery times can vary from 2-7 days, depending on the product you want, time of year and availability, how busy the carriers are in & how busy we are. Normal delivery is 24-48 hours from the time the order is processed. If you require good for a certain date please let us know asap, what we can guarantee is that we will get your goods to you as soon as is humanly possible, and that's a promise!
Costs for postage and packaging are calculated by the shopping cart system and are displayed with your cart information once you've selected any items.
All items are calculated by weight unless stated. Bikes due to their size will be calculated at a fixed rate.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
If for any reason an item needs returning to us you must call Sidcup Cycles who will arrange collection from you. Failure to do this may result in charges being applied. Please don't just return the item without first talking to us.
Where goods have been supplied in accordance with delivery instructions, Sidcup Cycles shall in no way be held responsible for any return postage costs unless the goods are found to be faulty on inspection .
Each manufacturer has its own warranty procedures with their products and must be adhered to. If you have what you consider to be a warranty claim, then please return to Sidcup Cycles, we will forward the product to the relevant supplier and we will ensure the matter is concluded as quickly as possible.

Cancellations.
Where a course has not been advetised as full then a small adminstration fee will be applied in the avent of cancellation. If a course date has been advertised as full, then a penalty of 25% will be incurred if this place cannot be refilled. Sidcup Cycle Centre undertakes to responably advertise a previously full course as quickly as possible.
Transfers.
If a student needs to transfer a course date, then no penalty is incurred for the first two transfers.
