Over the course of the next few months we will discuss and demonstrate how to ride safely in a group, how to cope with strong winds, hill climbing and descending techniquies, the correct use of gears, and much more.
We are meeting at Sidcup Cycle Centre from 9.00. There will be free tea and coffee whilst we organise our selves. For all newcomers, I am offering to safety check your bike before we set out.
Our first ride will take us out into the Darenth Valley over a distance of approximately 20 miles. We will stop at a cafe, for 45-60minutes, before returning to Sidcup Cycles.
No previous cycling experience is necessary to join us. We promise to try to look after everyone, and we will try not to lose anyone.
