I submitted an order for APC Guranteed Next Day Delivery after 12PM (GMT), will I still receive my item tomorrow?
Any orders processed after 12PM for APC Overnight Tracked Delivery cannot be guaranteed a next working day arrival. Instead it is more likely that you will recieve your order within 1-2 working days.
If I have purchased a bike, will I need to build it myself?
Yes. Any bikes purchased will not be shipped fully assembled. We recommend that you find your local qualified bike mechanic and request that they build the item for you to ensure that your manufacturer's warranty is not void. Any mechanical work undertaken by an unqualified individual will instantly void your warranty.
How can I tighten the handlebars on my bike?
Most products require an Alan Key to tighten the handlebars. This can be found either on the top of the stem or on the side of the stem behind the handlebars whereas other models require a spanner to tighten their handlebars. If you are unsure, give us a call and we will talk you through this stage.
If I purchase accessories, will they come fitted to the bike?
No, we will ship any accessories with your bike however they will not come fitted to the bike. Please be aware that not all accessories will fit onto a bike due to its geometry (for example a bottle cage). If you would like to check before you purchase, please contact us using this link, or call us on 0208 300 8113.
You should remove additional accessories without touching or adjusting any parts or components on the bike. Any additional accessories that require specialist tools or knowledge Sidcup Cycle Centre will remove once we have received the goods and thereafter we will ship them back to the original delivery address on the order. Any products that are on the bike that you do not wish to return will be shipped back to you when we receive the goods at the return address. This will be at the customer's cost and the goods will not be shipped back until Sidcup Cycle Centre can confirm that a payment has been made for the postage and packaging of goods that you do not wish to return.How long do I have to return product?
