Where can I park?
We have customer parking available on our forecourt at all times. Alternatively the Co-Op cark park behind our strip located just off of Hurst Road offers free parking for 90 minutes.

How do I create an account?
  1. On any page on our website, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "My Account" under the heading "Service".
  2. Click register.
  3. Enter your details into the appropriate fields and follow the on-screen instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express in-store.
Online we accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express for cards that are registered in the UK.

My card has been declined, what shall I do?
First and foremost contact your bank to ensure that everything with your card and account is as it should be. If everything is okay with your bank, please contact us immediy to report the issue.

Items are missing from my order, what shall I do?
If products are not purchased in the same order, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive together however, if you feel that an item is missing from your order please contact us at your earliest convenience.

I have a complaint, who should I speak to?
Firstly we are sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any issues you have had with our service.

Are you part of the Cycle-to-work scheme or any salary sacrifice schemes?
Yes, we are a proud participator in the UK Cycle-to-scheme to help get our community their own set of two wheels. Unlike some other stores, we are not tied to one cycle-to-work scheme. We are a part of the Halfords Scheme, Bike2Work, Cycle Solutions, NHS Scheme and Salary Exchange.
