By registering on this website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Delivery

The cost of delivery as stated on your order.

We can usually arrange delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time once your order has been processed.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.

If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order then they will leave a card and it will be up to the recipient to make arrangements to receive the order from them. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns: If order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email on or by post by writing to Sidcup Cycles, 142-146 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7AB. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier, any items being returned must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order at any time up to 7 days from the date of delivery as long as the items remain unopened and intact by contacting us via email on or by post by writing to Sidcup Cycles, 142-146 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7AB. You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect it, we will reimburse the price of the items within 30 days from the date of which you inform us that wish to cancel the order, provided that the order has been collected by the courier.

Availability

Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative, please note that we will not charge you until the order is ready to be dispatched.

Price & Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by Access, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. Payment for goods is in advance only, however, we only charge once an order is ready to dispatch.

We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details, we will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.

Privacy Policy

We can appreciate the frustration of unsolicited mail, so under no circumstances will we pass on any of our valued clients details with out their permission. However, where we feel that we have a genuine offer or a piece of news, we will let our customers know. Free Servicing for up to Five Years.

Buy any bicycle valued at £1300 or over and we will service your bicycle free of any labour charges. Your bicycle will receive a schedule of services that extends over the next five years. In addition to and free of any labour charges is any wear and tear service work (i.e. punctures, straightening of wheels). At the end of the third year, your bicycle will qualify for a full service (stage 3). This equals a cost saving of £334.88 (labour + vat).

Terms and Conditions.

  1. All service work to be carried out by Sidcup Cycles exclusively.
    • Any repair work carried out by a third party must be authorised by SCC, and the details logged on our customer file. Failure to notify SCC in advance will void the 'service plan'.
    • Excludes tyres and tubes.
  2. Parts are charged at the manufacturers suggested retail price.
  3. Parts supplied by the owner are fitted at our published service costs.
  4. Unless specifically requested, replacement parts will be of the original specification.
  5. A service must be booked within seven days of the scheduled service date.
  6. Service costs will be calculated at the published rate. Details can be found at our website, www.sidcupcycles.co.uk
  7. The owner may miss a stage one service, but if a stage two or three service is missed, then the service package is void.
  8. If the bicycle receives all six services in its first three year period, then Sidcup Cycles will offer, free of charge, an additional two years free servicing.
  9. The owner may upgrade the service and Sidcup Cycles will discount the cost of this service, against the predicted service cost.
  10. Crash damage repairs and damage reports are excluded.
  11. Wear and tear repairs are included.
  12. This is a limited purchase offer and not transferable to a third party.
  13. This offer cannot be used in-conjunction with any other promotions, sale reduction or Cycle Scheme purchases.
